Announcement from Dallas Kosher about Tom Thumb’s convenient Drive & Go service

Tom Thumb’s convenient Drive & Go service allows customers to order Kosher products from the Kosher Deli and meat counter.

Unfortunately, shoppers are sometimes filling these orders from the regular deli/meat counter. Customers who have ordered Kosher items have received non-Kosher meat and other unacceptable substitutes. Please be vigilant in looking for proper DK labels and seals at all times, and especially when utilizing this type of service.

DK staff is planning to meet with Tom Thumb management right away to discuss the program, share our concerns, and hopefully work together toward a solution that will make this convenient service equally accessible to and reliable for kosher consumers.
