Philosophy
Chabad is an organization whose international presence of over 3,000 centers world-wide and diverse range of participants are united in a simple philosophy; Love every Jew, reach out to every Jew, educate every Jew.
Chabad of Plano/Collin County welcomes Jews from every background, observance level, and affiliation. Our goal is to encourage study, commitment and Jewish pride. Our center is a meeting place for religious, social, recreational and educational events; a place for you and your family to discover the joy and meaning of Jewish living.
A Home of Jewish Life and Learning
Much thought has gone into creating a center that offers a feeling of comfort from both its physical and spiritual presence. The 7,500 sq. ft. center encompasses a synagogue/social hall, a children’s and adult library, classrooms, offices, spacious lobby and a modern kitchen. We also have an additional 4,500 sq. ft. upstairs which is our Children’s Learning Center, which includes 5 classrooms, a Youth lounge and offices.
Programs and Activities
This year, we are marking 26 years of service to the Plano/Collin County area. With G‑d’s help, we have grown to provide a host of spiritual services and educational initiatives out of our beautiful and modern Lang Chabad Center.
