God’s Torah has deep wisdom on every meaningful topic and especially something as unusual and awe-inspiring as a full solar eclipse.
We at the Kollel are excited to host an extremely unique Torah event sharing the Torah viewpoint on a solar eclipse and related topics. There will be some of the greatest Jewish experts with authors, Rabbis, Professors and Doctors who have great knowledge on this subject matter. Regardless of the speakers title or topic there will be one goal; to ‘shine light’ on how the science and Torah come together, bringing sanctification to God’s name as the Creator of the world and the Author of the Torah. There will be halachic (torah law), aggadic (lessons that can be extrapolated) machshava (deeper understanding) and scientific discussions, lectures and shiurim.
