Farewell Reception Honoring Rabbi & Mrs. Sholey Klein
SAVE THE DATE FOR A GALA RECEPTION HONORING RABBI & MRS. SHOLEY KLEIN ON THE EVENING OF SUNDAY MAY 19th
Rabbi Sholey Klein, our dedicated and respected DK Kashrus Administrator for the past 28 years, will be relocating to South Florida with his wife Chana by the end of the school year. Rabbi and Mrs. Klein have served the Dallas Jewish community in many ways and we greatly appreciate their efforts.
During Rabbi Klein’s tenure at Dallas Kosher, he elevated kashrus standards and devoted years of service to our Dallas Jewish community earning a well-deserved reputation in the kashrus industry. As an active member of AKO and a distinguished leader and teacher among his peers, Rabbi Klein’s wide reach has demonstrated a strong commitment to community kashrus.
Rabbi Klein is an alumnus of Telz Cleveland and Shaar Hatorah in Queens and has spent numerous years in Eretz Yisroel studying under Rav Tzvi Kushelevsky before moving to Dallas as a founding member of the DATA Dallas Kollel. In addition to Rabbi Klein’s leadership and expertise in Kashrus, he has also been an active Rabbinic leader in the greater Dallas community including overseeing the Eruv and serving as a member of the Dallas Beis Din. Additionally, for the past twenty years he has worked as Rav HaMachshir providing exemplary supervision to various Pesach Programs.
Though we will miss Rabbi Klein, we wish him continued success in his new position as Kashrus Administrator of the ORB kashrus organization.
