Rosh Hashanah Edition Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz M&H Elements Pomegranate Wine Cask Single malt whisky
1 oz Fresh Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
Pomegranate Arils (for garnish) Mint Sprig (for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves to release their oils and aroma. Add M&H single malt whisky, fresh pomegranate juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients. Strain the cocktail into a rock glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with mint and a few pomegranate arils on top. Give the cocktail a gentle stir before enjoying to incorporate the flavors.
