The Market at Preston Forest, 11920 Preston Road, Dallas, TX  75230 (972-392-2501).  A fresh Glatt Kosher meat & fish department, a full service kosher deli department and a kosher bakery are under supervision.  All breads & rolls in the Bakery are pareve and all cakes, pastries and other baked items produced are either pareve or dairy as marked.  Take-out hot prepared foods, such as: fried chicken, rotisserie chicken & meats, hamburgers & fries, hot lunches are offered everyday, as well as, sushi, deli sandwiches and other deli products. Food is provided in sealed containers indicating   supervision.  Fresh fish ground for Holiday orders.  A limited menu of cooked to order: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner served daily may be eaten in the café area.  The Kosher Deli is closed on Shabbat and Jewish Holidays.  Full time DK Mashgichem: David Geldman, Ruben Bengio, Rabbi Mordechai Benporat.  Certification is limited to this and the Richardson locations only.
