Strengthening Our Bitachon – Trust – In Hashem

Dear Friends:

During this most difficult time for Israel and Jews worldwide we too must do our part.

One of the things we must do is strengthen ourselves spiritually and in our connection to Hashem. This will have positive repercussions in our physical world as well. One of the core concepts in Judaism is Bitachon or trust in Hashem. A classic work dealing with this is Chovot Halevovot, Duties of the Heart. In this, he explains what Bitachon is and how to develop this quality in our relationship with Hashem.

I will be posting here a few times weekly, short explanations based on this book. This will not only strengthen us but give us peace of mind and inner calmness during these times.
