Rabbi Mordechai Becher at STCD this Shabbat
International speaker, Rabbi Mordechai Becher will be our guest scholar for a Shabbaton event this weekend. Rabbi Becher is widely known for his broad knowledge of all things Jewish, engaging style and humor, and his best-selling book, Gateway to Judaism. As another piece of our Sephardic Cultural Initiative, this Shabbaton will feature multiple presentations, poised to highlight various aspects of our traditions on different levels. This includes a humorous talk on the many interesting practice differences between Sefaradim & Ashkenazim!
